Hi,
I added the portal aliases into the Site settings, but I still can't access from other pc. The error message shown:

The connection has timed out
The server at <myservername> is taking too long to respond.

I am able to ping the server that Dotnetnuke been installed. Any ideas to fix this? Appreciate that. Cheers

You have also bind all URLs to your IIS. Also the must be registered on the DNS server!

I've got the solutions for my problem.

I went to control panel>administration tools>Internet information services(IIS)>expand Web Sites folder>right click Default web site>Propeties> under web site tab> IP address> select IP address of my machine>Apply

It's works. Thanks for the replies anyway. :-)
