Ok thanks.

I went to the scheduler and I have this entry:

DotNetNuke.Services.Search.SearchEngineScheduler, DOTNETNUKE Enabled Every 30 Minutes Every 60 Minutes 10/2/2007 4:53:36 PM

However, when I go to the history, nothing is there.

I then went to the Search under Host and clicked the "Re-Index Content" link. THEN, it worked! I am elated. Thanks a lot.

Is this something I need to do often? It seems like it should have done this by default, but perhaps there was an oversight on my part.

make sure, the search engine scheduler job is executed, otherwise your search index will not been updated automatically.
