Hello,

We're doing a fresh install, and would like advice about which would be the suggested version to go with.  Stability is obviously key.  A brief view on the forums here show that some are having some difficulties with 4.6.x... though, we will be installing the 'install' package and not the 'source' - if that makes a difference.  Also our site will not be terribly complex in module development, but will have many pages.

What would be recommended?

Most of the forum post concerning 4.6.2 and any associated issues are from folks upgrading their portals from a previous version.  Some are from fresh installs but most are from the the upgrades.  I've done both several times now and the upgrade is still the more troubling option.  The fresh installs have not presented any problems thus far and my upgraded production site, with several core modules & 3rd party modules,  has not had any issues yet and its been about 2 weeks since the upgrade.

Paul
