Can you check the error logs? This could be caching, or it could also be your lists.

Bill,

have you try to restart the application under the Host settings or over the IIS?  If not please try it.  If the fail still exist please answer me the following questions.

Did you using a special databaseOwner, other then "dbo" or an objectQualifier?  Have you running more then one instances of the Forum Module?  Where there a error in the install log after upgrade?

I have restarted the application.  Cleaned out the cache. restarted IIS, restarted the computer and in all situations the same error exists.  I am using another database owner but he is granted dbo based on the instructions from DNN install.  The stock forum worked fine except I could not get into users to modify them if I made them global moderators.  I think that was a known issue.  I am only running one instance within the site?  There was no errors at the time of install.
