UDT

I am trying to remove the first four entries from the table.  I am trying to create a Contact Info table for members of a club.  All I would like to display in the table is the contact info that is entered, e.g. Name, Address, City, State, Zip, email, etc.

Do you mean the change at/by and created at/by columns? I think they are needed by UDT but you can change their status from visible

Michael is correct, you cannot delete them but they are by default not displayed in list view, only in edit form, but you can hide them for non-admin editors as well.
