My upgrade from dnn 3 to 4 failed, can someone point me in the right direction?

Compilation Error
Description: An error occurred during the compilation of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific error details and modify your source code appropriately.

Compiler Error Message: BC30451: Name 'Config' is not declared.

Hi Lisa,

The Error means that the "Config" is not declared: for example: "Dim Config As ...."
Line 68 is the Error "If Config.GetSetting("AutoUpgrade") Is Nothing Then". The programm wants to check the variable "Config" but it doesn't exist.

I checked my "Global.asax.vb" but there is also the "Config" not declared.
I dont know whats the reason for this Error, I dont get this Error.

Please tell us from what a version to what version you try to upgrade.
I hope that we will be able to figure out the problem maybe in something is not right in your "Global.asax.vb
