Why doesn't the login/logout control for page skins degrade gracefully for users with disabled javascript?

Is there an alternative way to log out with JS disabled?

I can do an alternative to logging in  (set up default.aspx in ~/admin that redirects, using VB, to the set login page with the module installed on it)

But I can't figure out a way to logout without having javascript enabled

If you are on a pre 4.6.0 installation you can direct the users to admin/security/logoff.aspx  if you are on 4.6.0 or later I believe that the path will change (I don't have it installed on this PC at the moment or I would check for you!
