I do have IIS compression enabled. I currently have PageBlaster turned off, but I'll turn it back on once I have this problem sorted out.

Are there any other ideas about what could cause this?

Hello,

I had exactly the same errors as you. I have made a post to explain it and correct it, unfortunately, I do not find it anymore...
Anyway, it is linked to the caching. Use this setting, and it will solve your problem:

- Page / Disk / Moderate Caching / Server and no cache / Compression GZIp / White Filter on

Steve,

Just now I'm not able to break it... However, I do know that when it was broken I was able to download the files by clicking on them in the file manager without any problems.

As far as cache settings go, I'm using IIS for compression and PageBlaster for page caching. PageBlaster is turned off right now, and it was turned off when the file download problem was occuring as well, so we can rule that one out. For the module caching, as DV has recommended, I've changed it from heavy to Moderate. It is my understanding that the whitespace filter should be turned "off" for the repository module to work? Also, would changing to "server and no cache" make a difference with this particular issue (I have it set on "Public" right now)?

Hi Ari,

Did you comment out the PageBaster entry in your web.config?

Do you use Oracle?  Then try GoldFish.Net

Get it from CNET Download.com!
