Server Error in '/dotnetnuke' Application.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

when does the error occur, which steps did you execute before?

What i did is i just follow the instruction that after unzipping the application to the location i want which is (C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\dotnetnuke\). And i also make sure that the default.aspx specified as my first default document in IIS, and renaming the release.config to web.config.. I just follow the steps what was written in the readme.txt. Then i'm stuck after I right click and browse the dotnetnuke virtual directory in the IIS manager, and then i got that error message.. Please help me..

By the way below are the list of my Version info's.

VERSION INFORMATION

 Microsoft .NET Framework Version: 2.0.50727.832

ASP.NET Version: 2.0.50727.832

Operating System Platform: Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition

Database: SQL Server Express Edition

I just follow what was written in the readme.txt file inside the documentation folder. When i click browse in the dotnetnuke virtual directory context menu, this error message will appear in the IIS browser..

Below link is the screen shot i got during runtime.

My Version Information:

Microsoft .NET Framework Version: 2.0.50727.832;

ASP.NET Version: 2.0.50727.832

IIS Version: 6.0

OS Platform: Windows Server 2003
