I've had a couple of people mention this now, so I thought I'd ask if anyone else has run into it...

When posting using the forums, they click on Submit, and there is no post.  They have to re-type everything and try again.  The second user to run into this problem was browsing with an iPhone, running Safari.  I'm not sure about the first user, although I suspect it might be the same situation.

Also, using the forums on the iPhone apparently is really-really slow, they claim it took ten minutes to bring up the reply box.  Might this be a problem with the phone/browser, the website, or the skin?

I think it because on of the mobile devices. Since the ranges with mobile telephones is smaller, in particular upload needs this also for a long time.

I have had this happen to me four times already.  I didn't beleive my buddies when they told but but when I started playing around I noticed it.  It seems if you post using the Basic Text box it work 100% of the time.  I had one post that just wouldn't go until I clicked basic text box.  Below is the text I tried to post but it wouldn't until clicking basic text.....

I actually have had it happen to me a few times also now, so I can rule out the iPhone or alternate browser as the cause.  In fact, it's happened to me often enough that I've developed a habit of copying the text just before I click submit.   I haven't had it happen on short messages yet though, so I'm tending to believe it may be a timeout issue.  Posts that take a long time to type are much more likely to run into this problem.

To summarize, you get done typing a lengthy e-mail, click submit, and it returns to the original edit menu, minus all the text you just typed.
