Is it possible to search on the True/False fields? If it is, I can't figure out how to do it. If it isn't, why isn't it possible? I ask because when I create a new column the option to have that column searchable is present even after choosing the True/False type, yet when the column is finally added the searchable option disappears.

Do you want to search for the term "true" or "false"?

Searching for the term True of False would be an acceptable option. In the search I've tried chosing one of the fields of that type and then putting several variants of True/False in the search field but to no avail.

If we can search on the True/False fields, it makes sense to me to have the search box auto-populate with the proper variant of True since searches for False are not as common.

If the True/False fields are not searchable, then there is a bug in the Add Column display process as the checkbox for Searchable is still available after choosing that field type and the form does a postback, but then the checkbox is not shown at all when you edit a column of that type, and the columns show in the search dropdown. I'm using DNN 4.6 and preparing to upgrade to 4.7.

AFAIR it is an issue that the searchable checkbox is shown, I did not see an advantage to search for it.

So, if I understand your response correctly, we are not able to search for any columns that use a true/false data type?
