I am able to go into my mssql manager database.  If you would answer the questions that I have for you below in red, I would really appreciate it as it would make it, hopefully, possible for me to finally be able to get into my website.  Thanks for your cooperation and patience.

These are your instructions and my questions in red:

• if "register" is not displayed for the portal, go to table "Portals"  in your database and enter value "2" into column "Registration". When I click on Portals there is no column "Registration".  When clicking on the table icon there, I see "UserRegistration" and "RegisteredRoleID" Is it any of these? And if so, which one and then, where do I put the number 2, there are several possible columns to put a number
• create a new user account by registration (this time, please remember the password you enter!)  Do I create a new user account by going to my website?
• go to database, enter table "ASPNet_Membership" 
• go to new user account (usually the last one) I don't see "new user account" anywhere - I see "User ID" is that what you mean? and copy the encrypted values of columns "Password" and "PasswordSalt" into the same columns of user account "host" (usually the first entry in this table)  I don't understand this one at all.  Where do I copy what now.  Where is the user account "host" - I don't see it at all.  Please help!!
• login as user "host" using the new password and delete the reshly created other user.  Here, I guess, I go to my website again, right?
