It's a security feature. The user of the HTML module is in a trusted role so it allow anything to be entered into the page. The users of the forum do not have the same trust becouse it could be anybody. Therefore the forum strips all html codes that could be used to post exploits. Im not sure if this particular object code could be exploited, but thats the reasone behind it.

But when I send a post in the forum with my admin or host user the EMBEB html dissapears too. Why??

Easy way is to paste embed code using "Basic Text Box" as:

 

 

The code was losed about it was not marked as Style "Code" ! Regards Matthias

Well, finaly I found a way to insert videos using a little bug. If I insert this html code:

<embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/_1Qo1eaWF8c&rel=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355">

without closing "</embed>" this is the result:
