Hi,

I Have created a PA for my module using DNN,  The module contains a lot of file with the same name but in different folder, everything works fine but not all files are created specially those with the same filename. 

Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Virgil,

It is much easier to put all those files in a zipfile. The installer will then just unzip the file and everything will be ok. Have a look at any of the core modules on how this is done (eg the latest version of the announcements module)

You are right it is much easier that way.  But create assembly function works properly it is a lot easier.

I prefer to keep the .DNN installer file-list to a minimum  =Module controls, SQL scripts, DLL's.
Images, scripts, CSS files...all go into a "resources.zip" (like the core modules)...makes editing (and troubleshooting) a .DNN install script a bit easier.
