there are a lot of feedback modules available, check the free DNN feedback module, and there are also commercial feedback modules available. Depending on your needs, you might also want to look at the UDT module (user defined table), or the repository module. Both core modules

Please remember: if you want to add functionality to DNN, you need to do that with a module. There are 1000's of modules available out there, both free and commercial...
