Hi,

I installed DNN on local network, and I assign a friendly URl  to access from local net work as //machinename/virtualdirectory.  I'm able to access the above url from my  local network.  But when I asign  a domain name to access from internet as http://domainname/virtualdirectory ,   the url is redirected to http://localhost/virualdirecoty.  Some times it  returns  page cannot  be found error also.

Any solution please.

Regards

CV

In DNN, under Site Settings, have you added an additional alias for the domain name?
