I have a child portal in CN and the URL looks as shown below but when I validate and login (i.e the chinese characters show in unicode on the url that is CN text for 'Home') the page stops at "Bad Request"

The page stops processing and I see the "Bad Request" text on page (assuming the querystring values with % etc are not accepeted) - I also have the page validaterequest=false on the web.config - Is there something else I need to check or change ?
