Hi, after raising a ticket with my current Ihosting company I was informed that DNN was installed as a 'courtsey' and they were not obliged to help me. My website is very important to me and I would like to host it with someone that also thinks it is important enough to help me with DNN problems. Can any one recomend a hosting company that has a commitment to DNN and the willingness to help it's customers get the most from.

Thanks

PowerDNN is a leader in DNN hosting www.powerdnn.com

I met some of the guys from powerdnn in Vegas at OpenForce last year, they were good guys to hang with for a few days.

Start by looking at the sponsors on this site.  Can't get much more committed than that.

Mike,

As already suggested look for a host that actively supports DNN.  Also discuss with them what support you want.

Generally, speaking a hosting package won't include support past ensuring the  requirements to run the core DNN are working.  If you are looking for help in the administration of the site or say the implementing of third party modules or custom skins, you should ask your host if they can provide it and at what cost.

An alternative is obtain the support from another party.

Mike,

As people mentioned PowerDNN is a good choice and they do provide varying levels of support for DNN.  i am not 100% sure how far and how detailed they are with their assistance above and beyond the hosting portion but they have a good reputation.

Another option is to go with a good quality host and look externally for your support needs.  There are many of us developers out here that offer support services and depending on your needs that might be a better way to approach items.
