I copied my DNN directory (including the web.config) and attached my old database to the new SQl server. I have everything up and running my no-one (including host) can log in. I am not getting an error, it just throws me back to the main page....HELP

FYI - The DB was moved from 2000 to 2005

The webconfig user account was assigned owner of the DNN database.

If I enter a wrong password, it informs me (authentication) but if I enter the correct password, NOTHING :(

Is I missing a step?

Would the problem be with the 2000 - 2005 SQL migration?

Chris, was your initial installation in a sub directory?  What records are in your Portal Alias table?  The site might be answering with the main page by defualt, but not really addressing a valid portal alias.

By the way..thanks for the help...I'm just lost in the jungle here :)
