Hi Crispy and Team,

I have problems with users constantly opening year old threads and spamming them - I was considering running a SQL script to auto-lock posts that are older than a month with no new replies. This would be a fairly simple feature to add and is a common feature in established forum software. Can this be considered for future inclusions please?

I am not sure if we like to add this. Personaly I think it is a good feature, but we must look if it needed for many users.  So we have wait between Chris have time to read this.

I think it's a nice option to have, but only if we allow the Administrator the choice to use it or not. So I think two attributes would be handy here; 1. an Enable checkbox and 2. a text field that defines the time period to start locking from. JMHO...

Yes, it has to be configurable at Forum level too...
