Not sure if this is the right place to report this, forgive a newbie if not

If you give a page at the top level a name with unicode characters in it, it creates lots of problems.  You can't rename it, delete it, or change its properties.  If you move it under another page, you can delete it (but that's it).

Easy to duplicate, just give a page a name like 你好Page or other chinese characters

As far as I can tell by watching the URLs that are used, it appears that the name gets URLencoded but not decoded in some places.

I am having just the same problem! Any idea how to solve this problem? Of course we could use english page names, but then the menu won't show the right text (it has to be Chinese here!)
