I was trying to access the admin folder in my DNN installtion. I see other files but not the 'admin' folder. I see it when I go through IIS but not when I actually browse to the DotNetNule folder in my server. Can someone tell me what is going on here? I know it is there because everything is working fine with the site but I guess it is hidden. In Explorer, I went to Tools ->Folder Options -> View and also made sure that 'Show hidden files and folders' was checked but that did not help either....

maybe you are looking in wrong place, but the admin folder needs to be directly in your DNN install folder.
