Anyone know how to fix this issue? The file name is not present, I'm not sure what would cause this.

Did you remove one of the core files? I think that you should download DotNetNuke in your version and add the files in the Localization Folder to your currently portal.

If it can not help you, please let me know!

I get this all the time too, in reference to various different modules from different vendors:

Core Localization File Not Found

It's really cluttering up the log file.  I heard there's a way to stop logging these, anybody know how?
