so is this really an unneeded error message? or does it need to be fixed.

This is caused by adding an extra language but not adding the resource files. You can either upload a language pack, but to be honest I don't know where to find them. Or by viewing all the resources on your site in the Language Editor (either host for all portals, or admin for current portal). When viewing make sure you set the language selector for the language you  want to create.

Then you can use the Admin Alerts in the log to see which resource fles you have missed.

Has this problem been resolved in 4.3.3?

 

I would like to resolve the problem by removing this code as you have suggested but do not know where to find the files to be modified. Could you explain to me exactly where these are?
