I made a big boo-boo. I made an adjustment in the site settings. I was cruising the options and I "changed the login page".  When I did this, I thought you would be able to go to a specific page to login (instead of logging in from the home page).  After I logged out, I clicked "Login" and it took me to the page I requested to log in at. The problem is, there's no way for me to log in. Ooops!

My question is, how can I make this adjustment through the back end? I looked at all the files and tables within the SQL server database, but I don't want to mess with anything until I know where to go and what adjustment to make.  I need to get into the database and change the login page back to default. Can someone please help me with this?

Thnaks in advance!

After 3 hours of searching....this did the trick

After running the script you have to make a small change in the web.config file to get rid of the caching. You can do this by adding a space to a command, saving the file, upload it, and then changing it back to it's original configuration. A very quick fix once you know what you're looking for.

In your database you can update the LoginTabId value for your specific portal to be null.  if working with portal 0, you would use the following. Run this script...

UPDATE Portals
SET LoginTabId = null
WHERE portalid = 0
