Has anyone come accross problems when copying a page?

There are 3 options: New, Copy, Reference. Whilst, I can appreciate what each of these are, I think something strange is happening, which is not supposed to.

Sometimes when selecting NEW: the original page I am copying from goes blank.

Sometimes when selecting COPY: it acts like the reference does and content is shared (any updates new page when I edit old page)

Sometimes when I select REFERENCE: All I get is a blank page - with nothing copied.

Something must be corrupt somewhere....?
(I have had it working in the past, but now its gone awol on me)

any ideas?

thanks,
mark
