I have been setting up a website and complete many days of updates and text input. All working great.

However, tonight I made amendments to the user accounts section requiring profiles and amended the profiles section. Now I am getting the following error:-

An error has occurred.
An error has occurred

http://www.carbonsaver.org/Default.aspx?tabid=36&error=Input+string+was+not+in+a+correct+format.&content=0

Has anybody come across this?

I know what the problem is! Apparently if your name is Glenn, and you're setting up a non profit site, that's what happens!

(Sorry just enjoying wierd coincidences - that's my name too and I'm setting up a church site... freaky).

I see your site's working. Mines still not... did you solve it? Or did it fix itself?

By the way - nice looking site! Did you buy or make that template?

I deleted the timezone field from the profile page. Adding this back in solved the error. I was able to login using host (super user).

Hey everybody. I got a reply from Glenn offline and his problem was unrelated to mine.

Can I get some other thoughts please?

I had installed fresh (running an install remotely in a shared environment), hit a problem with a 403 redirecting to /install (documented in another post). I changed the database entry to remove the "/install" and then hit this error with the double post. I have not yet seen a screen other than the install or this error page. Can't get past it and don't know how to get any diagnostic information.

Help?

Thanks, ghuth
