hi matthias

i think it is the last chance to me to know what is the reason that make notification mails don't be sent so i want to ask you some questions

1. am i must set some settings in the admin account to make his email able to send notifications directly ?

2. if in your host the email that sends the notification mails is admin@yyy.com  are you create this mail in your host and is there is a specific setting must be done when creating the email to enable send notifications directly ?

3. how can i know that the emails of users don't make my mail as spam so they couldn't  recieve my notification mails?

i hope i can get answers to my questions and can get the reason for this problem

thanks matthias for your help

1.)  In Host settings you have to setup the SMTP server.  And in Host / Schedule you have enabled the 2 forum tasks.

2.) The E-Mail adress from the Forum Admin E-Mail settings are used, check the settings.

3.) Can't give you a answer, about I am not so part with this core function.

Additional:

Check the Settings in the Forum Manager in Forum admin to make sure Notification is worked.  This means you have Forum Behivor with "Notifications Forum"  and you have add the roles that have get a Notification.

The other is the subscribting for a notification on user setting or on Thread or post level.  We know of a bug on the tread or post level and it will be fixed.
