Hello all. Long story short, I have two sites running, both SMTP setting are directed to 3Essentials web hosting. SMTP Server Port Settings should be webmail.xxxxxxx.com It works on my DNN 4.7 site but not on my 4.8.2 site, and instead when I click on "TEST" this is the error I get back.

There has been an error trying to send the test email. The error is:
Mailbox unavailable. The server response was:

Any ideas?????

Hello --- I am getting the same error (using version 4.08.03). However, I do have an
email address defined for the host account.but am still getting the error. Does anyone
have any other ideas?
