I can confirm this bug in 05.02.03. Click anonymous the id/password go away.  Click basic, they appear.  Click NTLM they go away.

possibly not be bug, maybe a little confusion.

e-mail addresses of users Host and Admin, do not interact with the SMTP settings.

my problem was the email address that i had in the Host Email feild in Host \ Host Settings was not the same as it had in the SMTP User field.

I now have everything running and the Host and Admin users have different email addresses.

to configure the SMTP, we only need to have the same email address in the Host Email field and SMTP User field and set SMTP Authentication to Basic.

i hope i have helped
