Hi Steve,

As you suggested that to make changes to the module you need the DNN 3.x, but I can't find the DNN 3.x anywhere, I've also read in some blogs that you can use the module upgrade wizard.zip (http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Development/Forge/ModuleReports/tabid/970/EntryId/448/New-Module-Upgrade-Wizard-NET2-to-be-made-available.aspx) I can't find this wizard as well.

Can you or anyone please help me resolve this issue. Thanks

Hi,

I am trying to build the Repository 3.01.15 code. The solution references http://localhost/DotNetNuke/DotNetNuke.vbproj, however, there does not appear to be any such .vbproj file in the DNN source. Am I missing something? I am using 4.9.3 as the source. Why do I need a reference to a web project?

Thanks,

Simon.

To save someone from replying, I re-read the post above mine which pointed out we need to build against DNN 3.x. I thought Steve's original post only referenced DNN 3.x because it was old. Anyway I will try building against DNN 3.

Simon.

just to update this thread.

Beginning with Repository 3.5.X, the source code and project files have been upgraded to VS2010 and .Net 3.5, so you should be able to download/install the source code version and build/test/debug as you would any other current module.
