Hello, Sometimes I'm getting broken Image on the place of captcha. Usually it happends when I was not surfed on the web site more than one minute. If I'm reloadng page, it doesn't help, only ctrl+F5 resolves the problem. I've also noticed that when I set no caching, it happends more rarely. I'm using version 04.08.01. Thanks, Pavel Sirenko

Hi Pavel

Is it possible you could provide the settings you have under Host Settings/Advanced Settings/Performance settings?
Also where is your CAPTCHA set on your site? Is it for registering users?

I might not be of much help, but I am keen to see if I can recreate this on a DNN 5 beta build.

Thanks....

Alex Shirley

Hello,

Thanks for reply!
My current performance settings are Page, Memory, Heavy Caching, NoCache,Deflate Compression, not using Whitespace filter.

This is most optimal variation when captcha not appear sometims and site works fast enough.
If I'm setting performance to no caching, captcha always appears but everything works really slow.
There is a log about captcha error:

Hi,

I also have this problem - so much so that I disabled Captcha on sign up. I noticed every now and again the captcah image would not display and there would be exceptions in my event log (sorry, cleared them), but users were registering, so it was not for everyone. This was on DNN 4.8.2.
