The input string error is the same as mine too - do you use PageBlaster out of interest? Would be good to rule that out.

Actually I used Page Blaster and removed it in try to resolve problem.
Maybe it could help if Page Blaster is properly configurated?

Hang on, are you saying that the problem no longer occurs when you remove PB or you are just trying to remove it? I exclude Catpcha from the PB compression/caching settings so I don't believe it is a PageBlaster issue. As mentioned - 90% of my users can register - I just noticed every now and again this Input String error so I turned Captcha off.  Please clarify if the issue remains with PageBlaster removed.

My mean was that the page-blaster doesn't affect on captcha problem.
