Howdy folks,

Sorry for needing to take up your time with this but I'm at my wits end. One of my more popular sites has begun consistently throwing the same critical error to myself and visitors. This same error has been happening so frequently and consistently that it's beginning to lose me members and traffic potentially killing the site entirely and I REALLY need to figure out the origin of it pronto.

I think it's a timeout issue with my host WH4L on their end, however they say everything is working fine. Either way, I'm hoping others may have experienced and had luck resolving. Regardless, I just want to know what I can do and was hoping I could ask for your help and thank you very much in advance should you be able to shed some light on the cause and solution. The error is as follows....

I would be very grateful to any insight anyone can provide. Thank you for your time, cheers!

A Query of the search index, initiated by the What's New module, times out. I suggest to clear the search tables and rebuild it, if this doesn't help, you might consider to replace what's new module.
