Hi, I have a site with multiple languages, how do you pass a parameter in the URL that will set the language on the DNN site?

For example, I have english, spanish, chinese installed on the site, all the modules are localized, just want to know what parameters I need to pass in the URL so it displays the right language?

Thanks,

Accepted Answer

usually the parameter langauge is passed automatically by the [Language] skin object, but you can also use links to include it.

yes, try out the default Skin with the language selector, after you have added a second language.

Hi,

You can use this function. First parameter is the key and second parameter is the value. I hope it will work.
NavigateURL("language", "en-US")
