Is it possible to develop custom modules for DNN 4.0.2 using Microsoft's "Express" products (Visual Web Developer Express/Visual C# Developer Express)?

It is in VB but you follow the same basic steps for C#. You just use teh C# module template instead of the VB one.

Thank you for the tutorial, Michael.  Converting it to C# was a relatively simple excercise, but you might think about posting a C# version to reach a wider audience.

Is there something out there that covers compling and packaging a module without using Visual Studio?
