Hello, i am learning everyday, i have been sent a product feed that is in a .csv file format, now apparantly i am supposed to  parse that file so i can split the different vendors and allow it to run.

all dutch to me, if any one knows what module if any i need to run this could they help please, thanks pete

It's hard to know what you mean by "run it."

A csv file is a set of records (lines in a text file, actually.  Within each line is a set of items separated by commas.  Presumably you want to get all of this data into a table of some sort, format it, and display it.  You could do this by getting the csv file contents into a database table.  Then you could use the Reports module to format and display the data.

Thanks Joe, what it is and i have never seen one before is a product feed, pictures from an affiliate network, it is supposed to run and show the pictures, you download the csv file then suppodley run this through some sort of app to show the feed, but i am at a total loss as to what why and where ?
