Hi,

I've got the error, "Your Hosting Provider Has Disabled the Site Log History Feature For Your Portal" when accesing "Admin/Site Log" on my portal.

I had a look around the forums and ended up logging in as the host and setting the site log days value from 0 to 30. I then restarted my server (needed to do it anyway) and when I go back to my portal, I get the same error. I read that this will happen for existing portals and that I need to change the corresponding value for existing portals by going to "Admin/Site Log". the thing is, there's no option to set days on the portal, I just get that error message instead. My DNN version is 4.8.0.

Any ideas?

Thanks :)

Sign in as Host, then go to Admin, Site settings, Advanced Settings, Host Settings, Site Log History - put your value in there.
