Hi,

I have a portal that was up and running just fine, I was working on setting up a helpdesk with sigmapro when it seemed to freeze now the site does not load at all it just sits at a blank screen and says waiting for server and hangs there.  I tried changing th web.config file and it would give an asp.net error if there was a mistake in the config file.  Even a basic hello world aspx file placed in the Dotnetnuke folder hangs and will not load.  can anyone please help?

Did you try to recycle the application pool IIS is using for dotnetnuke? (or restart IIS)

Your description gives me the idea that the problem lies within your webserver and not the DNN installation
