Hello DNN community,
Probably my question has an easy answer.  How can I have a flash intro using DNN?
thanks

We normally create a very simple skin with just one content pane for flash intro and one to say things like skip the intro or may be some other links

Then create a page other than home page and add your flash using a flash module or just text/html and add the flash HTML codes in there. then go to admin/site admin/ and make it a spash page

I’m sorry if what I’m asking is to simple, but if I create a simple skin like you are suggesting won’t it apply to my entire website? And I already have a skin for my website.
Thanks again.

No

you can have any number of skin types in your skin folder

you can apply different skins for different pages

you would apply this very simple skin for just the intro page that you asign it as splash page
