I have the problem "error when trying to send a notification" too and it appears not only with the DNN Forum module, but with a third party forum module, too. The error is the same. I dont know what to think about it.

As I already posted elsewhere, the error seems to originate in DotNetNuke.Common.Globals.SendNotification(String MailFrom, String MailTo, String Bcc, String Subject, String Body, String Attachment, String BodyType).

I also have the same problem.  No EMails back from the Forum Module.

SO, Guys, can anyone give Crispy Temporary Host Access to their portal.  He could probably look and identify the issue in no time.  Then let us know.
