Hello,

 

For some reason, after people register at my site and choose their subscription, they do not receive a welcome email.

 

Is there a setting that I missed that needs to be checked in order for the welcome email to go out?

did you specify a valid email address for th admin user specified in Site Settings, which can be used as sender's address?

Where under Admin -> Site Settings would I enter in a valid email address?  The only section I see on User Registration is Advanced Settings -> Security Settings and the User Registration is set to Public..

Still having issues-  if anyone knows why my users aren't receiving their welcome emails, please let me know..

Hi Chris,

I think our dear Sebastian was referring towards the Admin's Email address which represents the website's contact email address. Click towards Admin > User Accounts and then edit the Admin's Profile.

But... I am experiencing the same problem as well, and my Admin profile does have a valid email address. I'll let you know if I find the answer....
