When I try to delete a user DNN doesn't delete the user.  The user stays but an exclamation mark appears at the top of the Users Page stating "Cannot Delete User. " There is no supporting information to the error, nor is there any explanation in any log that I can see.  I have seen people having this problem by googling the problem but haven't seen any resolutions; however, I did see one resolution where someone replaced the GlobalResources.resx file and that fixed his/her problem but I had no such luck.  I have had to delete users via SQL.

I assume, that there is a 3rd party module placing a foreign key on the users or portalusers table. check out the sql scripts of  the 3rd party modules and contact the developer to get this fixed.

Thanks for responding to my request.  I analyzed situation using SQL profiler and couldn't find anything through that method; therefore, my next step was to simply do an upgrade from 040802 to 040804.  This worked!  Problem resolved.  Again, thanks for taking the time to respond.
