I am trying to have a multi level sidemenu and on a page it is now not working.  What happened was it is a page that is a parent page, and it was listed in the drop down menu.  So i took it out of the drop down menu, so it only is in the main menu - otherwise not as an overview anymore.  This broke the sidemenu - it stopped it from having multi levels and only shows the top level. 

Even if i copy a ciss side menu from another page it disappears when it gets put on the page.  I have checked to make sure that the menu settings are the same and what is chosen to remove is the same as its children but still no luck.

What could possibly be wrong?  its driving me insane!

if i put the page back as a child(even though it is the parent) to get it back in the drop down menu, it then displays the CiSS SideMenu correctly.  No one has any idea what is going wrong here??
