It depends on what you want to do - if you want to do this during registration Rob's idea (or a combination thereof) might be the way to go.

Another option would be Xmod. You can build the form in Xmod and you can also build the dynamic display you need in Xmod. You can also tie Xmod into the registration process either on it's own or using one of the module's Rob mentioned.

Thankyou all, I will look at all options suggested and see if there are any clear winners, intersted to read survey may do it, something I would have never thought so i will cover this off as well. Thankyou

? One questin, how is it with this module that i get each person to only see the results they entered ? and not combined results ?
