Hey, guys.  I am trying to set my feedback module up to actually e-mail information to my staff members.  I've done the SMTP test and it works fine.  The problem I'm having, though, is that when I go into my feedback module settings and change the send to e-mail address to an e-mail address of one of my employees and try to send it to them, it doesn't go.  Am I missing something here?

Thanks.

are you seeing any errors in the event log (of DotNetNuke)?

Also - check your mail folders (in IIS/SMTP) and see if the emails are getting dumped into your undeliverable or bad email folders...

Thanks for those tipes, Sanjay.  I'm not sure why it's saying, "No such user here."  I thought that I could just put in the person's e-mail address (i.e., ncrptr@yahoo.com) and it would send it to them.  Am I missing something?

Below is the error message in the event log:

DefaultDataProvider: DotNetNuke.Data.SqlDataProvider, DotNetNuke.SqlDataProvider

I know this might sound flaky but you're 100% sure the email address exists right? - If you don't mind my asking, what have you setup as your sendfrom email address in either the host/admin or in Feedback itself? Remember that feedback piggybacks off whatever SMTP server you're telling it to you and if that service is not allowing you to "relay" email then you'll get all sorts of errors...

Hahaha....I knew that would be your first question.  Yes, I'm positive of the e-mail address as it's one of my e-mail addresses that I use everyday.

As for the sendfrom address, I'm using admin@coleytranscription.com.  That's the one that's setup in my host/admin and in my feedback.  In host/admin it works fine when I send myself the test e-mail.

Any other ideas?  I'm completely at a loss.

Thanks, Sanjay.
