Actually, the documentation is a sore spot with me.  While it is quite thorough for an open source project, it is at the same time very deficient for nearly all problems and questions I have experienced thusfar.  I have resorted to buying the Wrox book just to get through this.  I cannot wait for the 4.x version to get released.

OK, time for an update.

I finally had a chance to go back to trying a few things with AD. I think the problem I ran into may be related to some kind of permissions problem between my local PC. When I eneabled windows auth on the site that is running on the webserver, AD works using the following options: WindowsAuth, Synch Role, Delegation, Root Domain, and all other options left blank. However the site still requires the user to manually login (at least for the first time if they don't select the remember me option). Is there a way to get it to automatically use AD that I am missing?

Thanks
