Is it possible to assign flat rate shipping within DNN Portal Store 6.55????

I am using ther DNN ver 3 X

If so how do I go about doing such a thing and what settings would I need to configure in the Package/product settings, the shipping admin, etc...

I have entered my flat rate shipping range of amounts and the shipping price that corresponds to each of the ranges, but for some reason, I am unable to get the corrrect shipping price added to the total amount in the shopping cart.

I am about to pull out my last gray hair.  Any help would be considered a life saver.!!!!!!!

Hi I am using Portal store and can answer your question.   The documentation is minial, and I know that is frustrating.

The Maker of the module doesn't have any forums, which is a shame becsause I am sure a lot of questions could be answered there....  I hope the admin doesn't mind me answering your question here

To enter a flat rate, enter this in the default shipping of the item description (near the bottom) in the Product Admin section.  Make sure that a shipping provider is setup under The store admin settings here:

    Name of your Store
      
            Store Basic Settings
            Store General Settings
                Store Inventory Settings (Disabled)
                Store FAQs and Reviews Settings
                Store Referral Settings (Disabled)
                Store Shopping Cart and Checkout Settings
                    Store Tax Settings
                    Store Order Processing Settings
           -->   Store Shipping Rate Settings
                    Store Payment Processing Settings
                    Store Digital Download Settings
                    Store Promotions Settings (Disabled)
                    Store Product Serial Number
