And I just noticed that both those rows have 1 in the "IsDeleted" column, indicating that they've been deleted...?

Well, I tried manually changing the FriendlyName from "Account Login" to "Authentication", and then changing IsDeleted from True to False (1 to 0), and now things seem to be working.

But questions remain:

-Is this indicative of some larger issue?  What caused this problem to come up in the first place?

-Is this a real solution, or have I introduced other possible problems that will arise later on?

Please let me know your thoughts...
