freedotneetnuke,
At the time I was waitnig for my "webskingraft" to be reviewed, it took more than one month, i think it was closer to three but maybe i'm wrong.
The reason it took so long, was because I was the first to use in my software (skin package) a third party module. (house of nuke skin object). At least that was what I was told. (it was like two different things to check.)
In your case maybe the problem is different:
While some of your modules are user's ideas and thoughts:
You don't have in your site any "privacy" link.
You don't have in your site any "terms of use" link.
There is nothing which explains what your rights about these modules.
I don't konw if that what they care about and hold them , but I think it should.
Especially if you offer free modules for people, then you should at least tell them that you keep the rights to sell these modules, for money.
in my case I'm referring to the "Extrausersonline", which was my idea and unfortanutally I wasn't ever able to use it because the three times I tried ended up with me restarting DNN.
